Hallo ich bin Gudrun Thiel und wurde am 9.November 2005 zur neuen Pfarrgemeinderatsvorsitzenden gewählt.
Auf die Zusammenarbeit mit dem PGR, der verschiedenen Gremien und nicht zuletzt mit Pfarrer Pfaff und Frau Ickstadt freue ich mich.
Frau Assmann wird und weiterhin mit Rat und Tat unterstützen, darüber bin ich besonders froh, da ihre Erfahrung in der PGR-Arbeit äußerst wertvoll ist.
Nun einige Eckpunkte aus meinem Leben:
Ich wurde 1947 in Geislingen/Steige geboren, bin seit 1974 Lehrerin an der Heinrich-von-Kleist-Schule in Eschborn für die Fächer Katholische Religion und Mathematik.
Seit 1975 bin ich mit Joachim Thiel verheiratet und wohne seither hier in Unterliederbach. Unser Sohn Matthias wurde 1981 geboren. Anlässlich seiner Erstkommunion fing ich aktiv in der Kinder-Katechese der Gemeinde an.
Durch den Unfalltod unserer Gemeindereferentin Frau Hohmann stieg ich in die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kinderwortgottesdiensten ein und gestalte weiterhin ca. einen Kinderwortgottesdienst im Monat allein, während wir den anderen im Team vorbereiten, der dann von einem unserer Mitglieder gehalten wird.
Seit über 10 Jahren betreue ich die Stern singer. Dieses Jahr habe ich mich entschlossen bei d er Kommunionkatechese mitzumachen, solange ich keinen Nachmittagsunterricht habe, da die Besetzung der Gruppen mit Katecheten sehr schwierig wahr.
Während der ‘Woche er Begegnung’ gestaltete ich die Morgenandachten. Außerdem gehöre ich seit einigen Jahren dem Liturgieausschuss an und gestalte Wortgottesfeiern.
Seit Beginn der Periode diese Pfarrgemeinderats bin ich Mitglied des PGR. Meine Schwerpunkte sind die Kinderkatechese, Gottesdienste mit Kindern und mit Erwachsenen und Partnerschaft in der einen Welt.
Im Sinne des Prologs des Johannesevangeliums möchte ich für einen lebendigen Glauben an den dreieinigen Gott eintreten, der uns durch die Person Jesu Christi nahegebracht wurde.
Besonders wichtig ist für mich des Teil des Prologs:
“Das wahre Licht, das jeden Menschen erleuchtet kam in die Welt. Er war in der Welt und die Welt ist durch ihn geworden, aber die Welt erkannte ihn nicht. Er kam in sein Eigentum, aber die Seinen nahmen ihn nicht auf. Allen aber, die ihn aufnahmen, gab er Macht, Kinder Gottes zu werden, allen, die an seinen Namen glauben, die nicht aus dem Blut, nicht aus dem Fleisch, nicht aus dem Willen des Mannes, sondern aus Gott geboren sind.” (Joh.1, 10-13)
News from the Parish Pastoral Council
Hello, my name is Gudrun Thiel. And on 9 November 2005 I was elected for the new chairperson of the parish pastoral council.
I am looking forward to work together with the parish pastoral council, the various committees and last but not least with Father Wolfram Pfaff and Mrs. Ickstadt.
Mrs. Assmann will carry on in supporting us with advice and work, I am very glad about that, as her expierence with the work in the parish pastoral council is of great value.
Just some milestones of my life:
I was born in 1947 in Geislingen/ Steige, since 1974 I am teacher in the Heinrich-von-Kleist-Schule in Eschborn for catholic religion and mathematics.
Since 1975 I am married to Joachim Thiel und live since then here in Unterliederbach. Our son Matthias was born in 1981. On the occasion of his first holy communion I started actively joining the catachese of children. When our parish pastoral assistant Ms Hohmann died in an accident I joint the preparation and leading of childrens Sunday services and and prepare and minister one Sunday service for them about one each month since on my own, whilst the other one is prepared in a team and is ministered by one team member. Since more then ten years I look for the star singers campaign (three wise men). This year I decided to join the catachese for the first holy communion, as long as I do not have to teach in the afternoon, because the finding of catechist was very difficult.
During the ?week of Encounter? I ministered the morning services. Moreover I am member of the liturgy committee for some years now and prepare services with the sharing of the word.
Since the beginning of the period of the current parish pastoral council I am member of it. My emphasis are the childrens catachese, church services for children and adults and partnership in the one world.
Following the sense of the prolog of the Holy gospel according to St. John I want to step in for the faith in the trinity God, who was brought to us within the person Jesus Christ.
Especially important for me is this part of the prolog:
?That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. ?(John, 1 9-13)
